Norse Organics Reviews: What Customers Actually Say
Norse Organics has 4,336 independent reviews on Trustpilot, plus every review customers leave on the store after buying The Complete System for Acne-Prone Skin and the rest of the range.

Norse Organics on Trustpilot
Trustpilot collects and hosts these reviews. Norse Organics can't edit or remove them.
Does Norse Organics Really Work?
Most customers say yes. Of the 2,346 reviews since February 2024, 82% rate Norse Organics 4 or 5 stars, and 1,322 give it 5 stars.
Positive reviews tend to mention the same few things:
- Calmer skin with less redness
- Fewer new breakouts
- Parents who bought the system for a teenage son or daughter
Many reviewers describe changes over several weeks, not days. Some mention an adjustment period in the first weeks before their skin settled.
12% of reviews give 1 or 2 stars. The most common reasons are no visible change, breakouts or irritation, the texture or smell of the balms, and shipping delays. Every one of them is published below, so you can read them in full.
The balms are made with botanical oils and plant extracts, and every skin is different. A formula that suits one person can irritate another, so a small number of reviewers describe a mild reaction.
Breakouts in the first weeks are also common while your skin adjusts to a new routine. 12 reviewers describe exactly that, stayed with it for several weeks, and still rate Norse Organics 4 or 5 stars.
So this routine isn't right for everyone, and Norse Organics doesn't ask you to carry that risk alone. Your first subscription order is covered by a satisfaction guarantee on the whole system, not just one jar from it. The terms and how to claim are on the Norse Organics guarantee page.
If you are unsure whether to keep going, the support team is the first place to ask. It is what recent Trustpilot reviewers praise most, including refunds and subscription changes handled within a day.

Is Norse Organics Legit?
Yes, and you don't have to take the brand's word for it. 4,336 people have reviewed Norse Organics on Trustpilot, which hosts its own reviews and does not let brands edit or delete them. The score there is 4.7 out of 5.
On this page you can read 2,346 reviews written by customers after their orders arrived, 1,603 of them matched to a real order by Loox. 82% rate Norse Organics 4 or 5 stars, 224 include the customer's own photos, and the 275 reviews at 1 or 2 stars are published here too.
The company stands behind that record. Its satisfaction guarantee refunds your first subscription order, and the reviewers who mention support on Trustpilot describe refunds and subscription changes handled within a day.
A few more things you can check for yourself:
- Norse Organics was founded in Norway and sells through its own store, norseorganics.co.
- Every review here comes from Loox, the review app on that store, with its star rating, date and product.
- The Trustpilot rating was last checked on Sep 24, 2026.
Some customers have complained about subscription charges, so here is how they work. A subscription costs less than a one-time order and renews on the same date each month, and a reminder email goes out 3 days before every renewal.
In the Norse subscription management portal you can pause, skip an order, update your details or cancel. Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again; cancel after it and the change applies to the following period.
Organic Acne Products: How Norse Fits In
If you are comparing organic acne products, Norse Organics takes a botanical approach. Its balms are made with organic beeswax and plant ingredients, including lavender, frankincense and eucalyptus essential oils. The formulas are free from added synthetic fragrance.
The balms are designed as a complete standalone routine, so you don't need to layer extra actives on top. Layering several strong products is one of the fastest ways to irritate acne-prone skin.
You can read every formula on the Norse organic acne product ingredients page.

I really like it.
From the reviews I expected to be more oily, but it’s not that much.
It reduced redness and it helps the skin healing faster.
I really recommend it for those who tried everything and nothing worked properly, this is the product.
My 14yr old struggles terribly with his acne. He’s so self conscious and it’s affecting his school and social life. He’s was on antibiotics and dual gel for months and only got worse. Norse organics have been a game changer. Tge progress is slow, but there’s progress which is more than I can say for the medicine way!!
These photos are taken 3 weeks apart. I used to have clear skin and after stopping birth control, I experienced new adult acne. I tried everything, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, Blume acne products (which eventually stopped working). I even went to a dermatologist who only suggested going on birth control again or taking medication. I was at a breaking point and decided to give Norse Organics a shot. I was worried that the reviews would be gimmicky and fake but I figured it was worth a shot ...
Hi i honestly wanted to say a huge thank you and well done because Your products have just amazingly changed my skin and boosted my self esteem so much, as unfortunately in January i was diagnosed with IBD which is a chronic illness and i had to start on a lot of new medication which was a huge shock to my body and i had so many changes in my skin and i got very bad hormonal and cystic acne which was a big change and took a dip in my body image as i gained a lot of weight with the steroids and h...
It says it can be kept out but keeping it in a mini fridge is so much better! Take away redness instantly, And I’m loving it so far about 30 days in, but it does make your face oily for a long time
If your problem is just active acne and redness, it is a perfect product to use.
But it won’t help you with scars and pores .
I using it about 2 months now and see a difference. Much better .
Thanks

I really recommend it for those who tried everything and nothing worked properly, this is the product.
The first order I got was great: finely ground and powdery. It was made in the USA. The second two orders (I had an excess and just tried the next one) is horrible, rocky and painful. Not powdery at ALL. You can see the rocks I washed off my face. It was made in Bulgaria. So then I checked the 3rd order and it was also rocky and made in Bulgaria. I feel like they pulled a bait and switch on me.
Made me break out more. Had to stop using it. Auto refill happened before I could stop it.
Great stuff!! Round 2
Great stuff
Bought for my older son
Not seeing all of the hoped for results yet but we are almost a month into treatment. I'm feeling hopeful though. Appreciate the check in emails.
se3ms to work quite well
Today is my 20th day using Norse. The first couple weeks my face was purging all the clogs pores so I broke out quite a bit but in the last week it has definitely calmed and is healing. My face is quite oily but I get dry patches. The dry patches have gotten much better. I feel like my face is moving in a good direction and I’m excited to see where my progress goes over the next month.
I’ve been using it for about a week. My skin is worse than it was and it is very hard to use the cleanser. I would actually like to get a refund. How do I go about this?
Great product and fast delivery
Both balms are good and the scrub works very well too. My only complaint is that when I received my package and opened the scrub it spilled almost all of it out like sand. They can label it better or precaution the scrub more as I barely got any of it.
Honestly was skeptic at first, but was willing to try anything at this point. Promises seemed too good to be true, but after 3 weeks of using the product I did in fact started to see a difference! My skin was suuuper oily and full of white comedones for 2 weeks, which gave me a lot of anxiety. But after using a little bit less product my skin started to calm down and my skin is waaay less oily then before using the product. It feels very nice now and looks really good! Didn't fully clear my acne...
Order came busted open inside
There’s a bit of skin dryness along with a bit of healing, it’s still early so we’re hoping it will completely heal the skin barrier.
Only been using a week so I will update on the scar improvement. I LOVE the scrum and the serums though…
My son has been using the product for about 3 weeks now and we have seen great improvement on his face. I am excited to see how the next few go.
I haven’t used it yet as it was a gift for my son. I was surprised with the 28.37$ border tariff!!
LOVE what this is doing for my skin. I have adult acne but it's also good for my fine lines and wrinkles
This product has made no difference to my daughter's skin at all. This does not work.
My skin feels smooth ! It’s relaxing to use.
It’s okay. Waiting to start seeing the results.

Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
I think it is helping. Especially in redness. We have only been using it for a few weeks so far. It’s not harsh either to her skin.
